In a separate home invasion incident, suspects entered a home in Lake Riviera during the early morning hours of Monday, Sept. 18, police said. Suspects stole personal items including a key fob from the residence. The suspects left the victim’s home and fled the area after the homeowner woke up, police said.

On Friday, Sept. 15, there was an attempted armed burglary in the Cherry Quay Section of Brick. Police are asking anyone with cameras to check between the hours of 4:30 and 5:30 a.m. to see if they have anything suspicious during this timeframe.

Brick police reminded residents to lock their vehicles and all doors and windows to their residences. Report any suspicious activity to the Brick Township Police Department. Do not approach suspects, as they should be considered armed and dangerous, they said.
